I read the news about how Prime Box MFG., Ltd., part of Cosmo Group, got an Honorary Award for Enterprises Maintaining the Thai Labor Standards System (TLS8001) for 15 years, showing how they care about workers, safety, and rules in their factories. That made me think of a time last semester when I was overwhelmed with reports and had to pay someone to take my online Management Class so I could finish early and still help my younger sibling with homework. That taught me the value of planning ahead and balancing work with responsibilities.
